Demographic Products for the Broadband Stimulus Program
The Gadberry Group is uniquely positioned to provide solutions for the Broadband Initiative Program. The Gadberry Group is the premium provider of U.S. household geo-demographic data products. Gadberry's products are superior to products which rely on summarized data such as 2000 census data or postal data as their primary source. It is also unlike compiled consumer data which is built primarily for direct marketing use, doesn't represent all occupied households, nor is it built to be trended with historic census data. Gadberry's products reveal ground truth about today's population and demographic trends - not an estimate of what may be happening using traditional methods.
The Gadberry Group can supply the following products to help your organization respond to the Broadband Initiative Program as a part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 .
MicroBuild® Current Resident Households and Population by Block
First released in 2002, Gadberry's patent-pending MicroBuild® product is unique because it is the only product of its kind to use data at the name and address level as the primary data source. Using a patent-pending methodology, Gadberry incorporates consumer demographics, census data and US Postal Service data to create the most accurate measure of occupied households, household population, and seasonal units in the industry. This data is available at the block level.
MicroBuild HD - Broadband Indicator

Micro-level Precision
Harnessing the ultimate in precision - addresses, Gadberry provides the Broadband Indicator data in varying levels of precision. Starting with over 20 million residential records who report access to broadband, Gadberry creates point files of “served” households and population, represented as counts of known addresses within a variety of geographies. Multiple files are available based on unique geographic relationships for each reporting address and its street, zip+4, census block, and 100 meter USNG (United States National Grid) combination.
