THE GADBERRY GROUP ANNOUNCES MULTI-YEAR AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE HOUSEHOLD DEMOGRAPHIC DATA FOR FRESH & EASY NEIGHBORHOOD MARKET

Current, Accurate, and Precise Population Data For Retail Site Location

November 7, 2007 – Last month, UK-based Tesco , one of the top three retailers in the world, announced plans for its U.S. grocery store venture, Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market .

Under a multi-year agreement, Fresh & Easy's real estate site research and analysis team will purchase MicroBuild® a household geo demographic product from The Gadberry Group , a location-based services and information provider.

“MicroBuild will help us make informed real estate location decisions and have a better understanding of the demographic changes in the neighborhoods we're considering for our grocery store location,” said Benjy Meyer, Fresh & Easy site research manager.

Fresh & Easy will use Gadberry Group's patent-pending MicroBuild geo demographic product, which features consumer data at the rooftop level to deliver household and population counts beginning at the census block level.

“We evaluated carefully and chose The Gadberry Group because they were the only company that could provide us with the quality and precision of household and population data we require for our analysis of sites,” said Meyer.

According to Gadberry Group Chief Operating Officer Larry Martin, an increasing number of retailers are realizing the value of micro-level location intelligence and data.
