Magnify® is an easy to use data visualization and mapping tool based on Google Maps technology and powered by Gadberry's household geo demographic data product MicroBuild® . Magnify provides quick geographic assessment and “what-if analysis” using web-based mapping and MicroBuild demographic data providing an easy to use analysis solution for field and corporate based users alike.
Magnify users can quickly and easily assess any location in the U.S. to calculate and create reports to compare MicroBuild Households, Seasonal Units, Household Population, and household level demographics to Census 2000 data. Magnify also allows users to drill down to view MicroBuild and other household level demographic data at the census block level.

Key Functionality
- Create and Save New Locations - using a variety of approaches including
- Enter a street address, city name, Zip™, or latitude and longitude
- Create a radius or custom defined polygon. Dragging and dropping pins along the perimeter of a radius allows users the ability to easily create a custom polygon.
- Import a boundary defined in other enterprise GIS tools. Pre-existing boundaries generated in other GIS applications may be imported into Magnify as a KML file. This feature provides an efficient way to publish areas of interest for viewing by any authorized Magnify user within an organization.
- Input a list of Census Block Groups - Collections of block groups may be copied and pasted into a text import box allowing an area of interest defined by block group boundaries to be displayed.
- Edit and Share Saved Locations with others in an organization.
- View a Saved Location - Magnify displays information for locations including
- View of trade area boundary
- Interactive background thematic maps such as household and population change.
- Demographic views such as household ethnicity and Personicx distributions. Additional views will be made available such as Household Income, Age, and Presence of Children
